Founded in 2018, Rise to Thrive envisions a world in which women of color are provided with opportunities to participate as respected, valued leaders in the climate justice movement. Focused on national strategic movement building, the organization engages its work through a racial and gender justice lens.  Panel discussion will explore the organization's origins and mission, the lived experiences that have shaped its framework, programs, initiatives, and impacts.
