Alika Esperson (she/her) is the Advocacy and Campaigns Associate at the CLEO Institute. She studied Sustainability at Florida International University and started as a campus organizer at the tail-end of college. She now supports the work of campus organizers across 8 universities across Florida. The work focuses on scaling the youth climate movement through local and statewide policy advocacy efforts as they relate to the climate crisis. She works on communicating the urgency and intersectionality of the climate crisis and the various intersections of impact and the importance of electing leaders who will prioritize bold climate action.
